New Well Designed Complex
This new facility has eight different sizes in storage units.
There is a unit to suit you, whether you have just a few items to store or the contents of a 10 bedroom home.
The complex was designed upon entering through the extra wide (8 metres) electronic security gate, even a Jumbo Furniture semi trailer can deliver or uplift at the roller of any unit and can turn around in the complex with ease.
This avoids all unnecessary problems which can face the driver of a large vehicle. All units are cleaned, sprayed and baited prior to occupancy. We also spray Guttering, Outside and internal alleyway metal walls against insects, moths, etc.
All units with – sealed, painted fl oors cleaned and sprayed.- Free courtesy trailer – if required, to bring goods into storage.
WARNING
Please leave any small children (and/or your household pets) at home or in your car. We do not accept responsibility against accidents caused by poisonous substances which are used in this storage facility in the treatment we do against vermin and pests.
INSURANCE
The goods you place in our self storage units are yours and remain your sole responsibility. You should always have them covered by insurance. Your goods are not insured by our Self Storage facility.
Check with your company's insurance provider to see if your coverage already has provision for items stored off-site - you may already be covered. If not, we will be able to assist you with the insurance cover you may require.
WHAT NOT TO STORE
Any goods that are illegal, stolen, flammable, explosive, hazardous, environmentally harmful, foodstuffs and perishables which could be a risk to your property or any other person by attracting vermin, pests or rodents.
